Ricky was a member of MS-13 incarcerated at the Federal Holding Facility in Los Angeles, California. Ricky accompanied Oscar Cisneros and Pedro during their attempt to kill Jack Bauer in the prison's shower. Slower and fatter than the other two, Ricky was quickly incapacitated after Jack cracked him in the jaw. (Chaos Theory)
