Koopal is the father of Kooprina. He is a smart brave Koopa that loves his daugher more than anything. After he lets her daughter join Luigi he gets them in a submarine with helmets with little smudges that looks like Bowser (not on purpose). He and his daughter are seen in the end of the game in the parade.
