Melanie Cavanagh (née Davidson) was the murder victim found at a construction site who had been missing for over 5 years in "A Chill Goes Through Her Veins". Melanie was murdered by her husband Samuel Cavanagh, her death being cause to blunt force trauma to her head, and was put in a freezer with help of Samuel's friend, Charles Wyler. She left behind two daughters, Simone and Bela, and was survived by her parents, Ben and Julie Davidson.
