The Iluzija was a human-based B.O.W. encountered by Chris Redfield, Piers Nivans and several other BSAA operatives while dealing with the bioterror in Lanshiang, China, primarily in the Poisawan slums in Waiyip. Its name is derived from the Serbian word for "illusion".
