Winding through the parched Khaphtelan Waste one finds a wide band of muddy land, the Serpensoria River Valley. Thanks to the wide, slow-moving Serpensoria River that winds lazily through this area, the valley is a good source of water, fish, and grazing land for the Tem'Kel people who cannot live in the Port of Kings.
