The Justice Force appeared in the comic "Dome Doom!" where they were at first shown to be a comic team that Michangelo reads who for it to turn out they were a apparently a retired group of super heroes and Doctor Dome is their old adversary. the rest of the team, which consists of Stainless Steel Steve, Metal Head (the stock boy), Captain Deadbolt, Zippy Lad, Joey Lastic the Rubberband and Battling Bernice (2003 TV series). The only two that stuck together were Stainless Steve and Metal Head who worked at Steve's Comics.
