Benjamin Say (August 28, 1755 – April 23, 1813) was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania. Benjamin Say was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Thomas (1740-1796) and Rebekah Bonsall Say (?-1795), a granddaughter of naturalist John Bartram. He married Ann Bonsall (?-1793) on Oct. 1, 1776. Their son Thomas Say (1787-1835) became a pioneering entomologist.
