Lieutenant Karen Tracy was a medical technician aboard the USS Enterprise under the command of Captain James T. Kirk. In 2267, Tracy transported down to the home of Prefect Jaris on Argelius II to conduct a psycho-tricorder scan on chief engineer Montgomery Scott to determine whether he really had killed Kara or not. Shortly after accompanying Scott into a private room, she was stabbed to death by the entity known as Redjac. (TOS: "Wolf in the Fold" )
