Rose debuted for NCW Femmes Fatales roster on September 5, 2009; losing to Kalamity in a four-way match that also included Anna Minoushka and Roxie Cotton. Her first one-on-one match took place at Femmes Fatales III in a losing effort to then-TNA Knockout Daffney. Rose would pick up her first victory by teaming up with Karen Brooks in defeating Roxie Cotton and Anastasia Ivy at Femmes Fatales IV. At Femmes Fatales V on March 12, 2011, Rose was defeated by Cheerleader Melissa in a Triple Threat Match that also included She Nay Nay. After the match ended, Rose turned heel and attacked Melissa.
