Charles "Pete" Conrad, Jr. (2 June 1930 – 8 July 1999) was an American astronaut in the 20th century. He is most famous for commanding the Apollo 12 mission to Luna, which landed at the Ocean of Storms. DTI agent Gariff Lucsly mistakenly believed it was Alan Shepard, rather than Conrad, who landed at the Ocean of Storms. This mistake cost him a bet with his partner, Dulmer.
