Sonja Sohn is the actress who portrays Sarah in Step Up 2: The Streets. Sohn is a community activist as well as an actress. She is perhaps best known for her role as Detective Kima Greggs on the hit HBO drama The Wire. Before her acting career, she was slam poet. Sonja is of African and Korean heritage.
