Pearl bolt tips can be created through the Fletching skill. A player must have a Fletching level of 41 and take an Oyster pearl and use a chisel with it to make 6 Pearl bolt tips. However, when using a chisel with Oyster pearls, the outcome is 24 Pearl bolt tips. Attaching pearl bolt tips also requires a Fletching level of 41, and for each pearl bolt tip attached to an iron bolt, a player is granted 3.2 Fletching experience.
