Delirious was first seen during an assault on the Maple Flower Zone, a Zone completely under the control of Doctor Robotnik. His audience joined him as he prepared to infiltrate a top secret network of underground tunnels, hoping to get an interview with the heroes. Once inside, Delirious attempted to chat with Mr Diggum, a mole responsible for the tunnels, but was cut off by an angry Tails. In response to Tails' fury, Delirious coolly revealed that his program was being broadcast over digital television, the Internet, Flicky service, Mewtube and Facebark, but didn't appear to realise the danger of revealing the secret tunnels to a watching Doctor Robotnik.
