Paul Louis Staroba (born January 20, 1949) is a retired American football wide receiver and punter who played in the National Football League for the Green Bay Packers and the Cleveland Browns. He had previously played for the Michigan Wolverines football team. Paul attended St. Matthew High School in Flint. In 1974, he was one of 20 players arrested for picketing a scrimmage between Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears strike replacement players despite a restraining order obtained by the Packers to keep them at a distance from Lambeau Field.
