Kruger (クルーガー, Kuruga) was a remoreseful scientist and a high ranking operative belonging to the earth defense force research & development group. He was responsible for assisting nagoya in freeing a number of experimental test subjects, and helping the group escape the EDF world headquarters, after which he joined up with the akusentai.
