Ricardo Diaz Sr. was a local crime lord in Seattle and Villain of Green Arrow and John Diggle. He is also the father of Ricardo Diaz Jr. who would also eventually become a Villain of both Green Arrow and John Diggle and briefly take control of the city of Seattle with his team The Longbow Hunters.
