The Ingram MAC-11 is a .380 caliber automatic machine pistol. Its first appearance was in Madness Combat 1 as the first gun in the series, used by Hank to kill a zombie and Jesus. In Madness Apotheosis, a suppressed version of the M-11 was used by Hank as he ventured into Club M. In Madness Combat 5.5, Deimos uses one to kill numerous 1337 agents. In Madness Antipathy, it was used by one of Hank's assailants, this time firing in a 3-round burst. Jesus used an M-11 in Madness Inundation along with an 1911A1 to clear a room of agents and A.T.P. engineers. In Madness Abrogation, Sanford used one with an extended 50-round magazine while using a TMP.
