Fatima was one of the belly dancers/strippers who entertained the men when the Gatsby Club held a stag night in April 1976. Introduced by compere Gig Prince as “Miss Rising Blood Pressure 1976” and having come supposedly straight from her tour of the Middle East, her northern accent gave her true origins away. Nevertheless, a slightly drunk Ernest Bishop appreciated her act and she told him to control himself when she danced rather too close to him as she made her way across the floor and playfully adjusted his glasses.
