Ferris only appeared in one episode (mentioned above). Tracy finds video games in Sapphire's room. When she confronts her about it, it is revealed that they are stolen - but don't belong to Sapphire and instead to him. He admits to Tracy that he did steal them and promises to return the games to where he got them. Later, he sees Sergeant Nelson and thinks that he is there for him, even though he is meeting Tracy. He panics and tells the sergeant that it was Sapphire who stole the games. They argue, but eventually he owns up and is taken away.
