Stephanie Phillips was a classmate of Kody Meyers and also present when Kody came to class with a bomb strapped to his chest before taking his class hostage. She was later let go so that she could get an inhaler for Nadia Harcourt, a classmate of hers who suffered from asthma. However, Leroy Jethro Gibbs took the inhaler and went back in Stephanie's place, resulting in him becoming another of Kody's hostages.
