Kim Yancy is a character in DEXTER as well as Dexter Early Cuts. She was a 29 year old woman whom lived in an apartment building owned by multimillionaire Gene Marshall, until his pyromania took control of him and he burned the entire complex to the ground killing a total of seven people. While the Showtime series rules the incident as an accident, Early Cuts claims that Gene Marshall was mentally unfit to stand trial and thus went to a psychiatric hospital. He was later found and killed by Dexter Morgan.
