What the Pool Boy Saw is a risqué short film made by the residents of Springfield Retirement Castle and submitted to the Springfield Film Festival. It was directed and filmed by Abraham Simpson and starred Jasper Beardly as the pool boy and Mrs. Glick as the lady of the house. In the first scene, Abe, directing the film while running an old-style hand-cranked camera, cued the actors: "What the Pool Boy Saw, take one!" Jasper replied, "Oooh, I'm hip to your pitch, Hot Mama," and tore his own shirt off, revealing a tank-top style undershirt. Then, breaking character, he said, "Now what do we do?"
