Rising Moon was the second flagship of Darth Sinity. After awakening from his 10-year coma on Byss, Sinity and his apprentice, Darth Keizer, travelled to Nal Hutta and purchased the YV-666 light freighter through the blackmarket. Rising Moon would prove to be the tool of Sinity's eventual return to power—Sinity piloted the ship into the new Jedi Temple, killing a great number of Jedi, and making his presence known throughout the galaxy.
