Skultan was a village near Daerlun in Sembia. As of 1368 DR, it was known as a place where goods could be fenced, currency could be exchanged between Cormyreans and Sembians, and things could be repaired. The Tumbling Goblets and The Winking Wemic, two gnome-run festhalls, were staffed by attractive human females, and were sites of underhand dealings. A rumor existed that Purple Dragons would permit these dealings to continue, accepting bribes in the form of discounted "services" in these establishments.
