Kvabja was a planet which was ruled over by a monarch called a Mrahash. Presumably, the Mrahash and the planet itself had little military power during the time of the New Republic, and was controlled by a Drach'nam named Chay Praysh and his slaver consortium. Praysh didn't dwell on Kvabja, though, and lived in his headquarters on the planet Torpris.
