Raisa (Japanese: ライサ Raisa) is the Gym Leader of Glaceburg Town on Snover Island; and as such, is in charge of the Glaceburg Gym. Raisa prefers to handle Ice type Pokémon. She possesses the Crystal Badge, which she gives to trainers who defeat her in a Gym battle.
