This unnamed woman is the sister of Leslie Winkle. She is mentioned in "The Cushion Saturation" where Leslie mentions to Howard while they're in Howard's bed together in his bedroom at his house that her sister is getting married and that Leslie needs someone to accompany her to the wedding as her date, to which Howard appears to agree to do so.
