Hans a mouse from German, arrives in America to visit his cousin, Willie. Hans wants to know everything is there to know about the free market capitalist system. Willie takes Hans to see a mouse lecturer from a university, who talks to Hans about the capitalist system. All the while the three mouses are chased by Sylvester the Cat.
