Grant Street Elementary School was a school on Verdugo Avenue in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley, near North Hollywood. ("Day 1: 9:00am-10:00am") David and Sherry Palmer visited Grant Elementary on the day of the California Presidential Primary to do a photo-op. The school's principal, Maria Canosa, was interested in hearing more about Palmer's proposed education program. As she was discussing it with him, Carl Webb returned Palmer's call, interrupting.
