Joe Bob Briggs (born January 27, 1953) is a syndicated American film critic, writer and comic performer. He makes a guest appearance on Married... with Children as Billy Ray Wetnap, the host of the Pest Boys commercial which features a character called The Verminator, who is played by Kelly, in the Season 8 episode titled "Scared Single".
