It is first used in "Curb Your Dragon" by one of the Russo kids during a wizard lesson to transform Jerry into a goat and later Alex used it to turns herself into a cat but because she has not yet mastered term well becoming in a tiger. It was also used by Alex in the episode "Wizards vs. Asteroid" to transform Justin into a starfish; in that way Russo's could escape from the asteroid and save the earth.
