Soba is a dish served within the DWMA Student Cafeteria in Death Weapon Meister Academy. In the manga, it is "Kake-Soba" that is served. However, in the anime, it is just soba noodles served. Soba is a type of thin noodle made from buckwheat flour, and in Japan, can refer to any thin noodle. Kake Soba is hot soba in broth topped with thinly sliced scallion, and a slice of kamaboko (fish cake).
