The Belt Guy is the person who kidnapped Sr. Pelo from his house after delaying his work on the Genocide Ending which Sr. Pelo was already delaying it by making some other animations, but The Belt Guy delayed it even more after kidnapping Sr. Pelo. Sr. Pelo said in the description that it was based of a fiction, but The Belt Guy was based off a youtuber that sent Pelo death threats about making the Genocide Ending. Currently IAmTheBreadMan32 is hunting that person who sent Sr. Pelo death threats.
