Ron Marshall is a New York based voice actor and singer who has been heard on Sesame Street in the newer versions of "Dressed Up" and "Beautiful Baby" and voicing a Muppet penguin in "Doing the Penguin," as credited in album releases. His voice is most prominent in many of the Elmo's World television segments, as well as serving as the announcer for some of the earlier TV portions (before Jerry Nelson took over as the voice). Marshall's other credits include roles in the Rankin/Bass specials The Year Without a Santa Claus and The Easter Bunny Is Comin' to Town.
