On April 6th, 2017, the council was founded to unify like minded Jews, the same day he formed the party known as the Shimonist Alliance, based around the concepts he wrote about in the Shimonist Manifesto, and the economic concepts he wrote about in The Function of the Agency and the Corporation in Societies. On April 23rd, 2017, Shimon wrote the first presidential declaration in the history of the council. On the 5th of May, 2017, Shimon did a coup establishing the micro-nation Adasa, as well as the National Action Party.
