Party Planner Smurf (French Schtroumpf Organisateur de Fête) is a Smurf character who appears in The Smurfs 2. He is a party planner who is seen in the early part of the movie working with Social Smurf on planning Smurfette's birthday party while keeping such knowledge a secret from Smurfette. He also appears with Smooth dancing to "Ooh La La" in its music video. He is voiced by Kevin Lee.
