Carl Is Joey's 'lookalike' from 'The One with Unagi'. Joey wanted to enter in a medical research for identical twins, as it paid really well, and chose Carl to be his 'twin', as he knew him from a previous acting job. Nobody was fooled by this, as the pair looked nothing alike, but Joey, oblivious to this, thought it was Carl's acting that was the problem, and blamed him when they didn't get the 2 grand for the reaserch, despite the fact that he said nothing. Carl was portrayed by Louis Mandylor.
