Theo Quené ( Oostzaan , July 29, 1930 - June 4 , 2011 ) was a Dutch planner holding several leadership positions in the (semi) government. Quené studied agronomy at the Wageningen Agricultural University , where he graduated in 1956. Among other things he held the following positions: Quené was also president of the Society for the Preservation of Nature , the Prince Bernhard Fund , the Boekmanstichting and the Supervisory Board of the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam .
