Two-Legs Joe has two legs and has a bird on his butt known as Lord Wingus Eternum who has shown the ability to speak and move. He wears a black hat. He is mayor of the small mutant town and lives in his office. He has an extremely short temper and usually uses his two legs to furiously stomp on anyone who gets him mad (This is usually Peri and Entrèe). The bird implemented on his butt is a highly intelligent creature called Lord Wingus Eternum. Joe is voiced by Pat McKenna and Lord Wingus is voiced by Tom McCamus. He Is Given Peri's Arms In One Episode Called Two Arms Joe.
