Chester and Patrick are building Sheen a floating throne using balloons tied to a chair. Sheen gets pampered until it is time to do his feet, which he says only he is allowed to touch. Patrick freaks out because he wants to touch Sheen's feet and eventually gives in. Sheen issues a proclamation that anyone who touches the feet will be punished savagely and banished. Patrick goes nuts thinking about Sheen's feet and eventually wakes up holding on to them and is banished. SpongeBob, Jimmy, Timmy and B.O.B. help him by putting him through a training course in order to cure his foot obsession. Sheen's throne gets too many balloons attached to it and he floats away towards the clock tower which will pop all his balloons and send him plummeting to the ground.
