First Lieutenant James Van McClellan was a Systems Alliance N7 marine, and a hero of the Exodus War. He is also the father of Taylor McClellan. He is a minor character in Mass Effect: Chronicles of a Silent Galaxy, and one of the main protagonist of COSG: Hounds of Battle.
