Omnislash is a legendary belt in Diablo III, added in patch 2.2.0. It requires character level 31 to drop. The unique affix makes Slash radial, hitting a 360-degree arc, effectively all enemies within 12 yards of the Crusader. Obviously, the Carve rune becomes entirely useless with this belt.
