  • Solan is a loyal page at Nuuma Castle, who serves Queen Illuma and acts as her confidante.
  • Solan rescued Mytax from executation.
  • The term "Solan" refers to any human born on Earth, Mars, or Luna in the era of OtherSpace: Millennium. Life has been less than easy for those who have lived in the Sol system the past few centuries. Earth's plasma bomb-induced apocalypse in the early 31st century left it largely uninhabitable. Luna housed its people in domes, which suffered a massive failure that killed millions. Martians likely had the best time of it, largely living in habitation domes, but some areas outside of the domes had been made habitable.
  • Solan was a recurring character on Xena: Warrior Princess. He was the son of Xena and Borias, born shortly before his father's death during the Battle of Corinth. Xena gave Solan to Kaleipus of the Centaurs, so that he can be raised away from the violence. He was played by David Taylor and Nicko Vella.
  • He is the son of Xena and Borias concieved during Xena's warlord days. During the pregnancy, Alti cursed Xena's unborn son in an attempt to stop Xena from changing her dark ways. Alti knew that Xena's child would turn her back to good. Xena escaped Alti to protect her child. However, the curse stuck, and Solan grew up not knowing the love of either of his parents. Shortly after Xena gives birth, Borias is slain in battle. Fearing that her enemies would target Solan, Xena leaves him with the Centaur named Kaleipus to be raised. While the Centaurs are hesitant to assist Xena, they agree to raise "the son of Borias" as one of their own.

While the Centaurs are hesitant to assist Xena, they agree to raise "the son of Borias" as one of their own. Ten years later, Xena finally finds him. This is when she learns that Solan blames her for the death of his father Borias. Xena finally convinces him that she did not kill his father, and after a struggle, they become friends, yet Xena does not have the heart to tell Solan that she is his mother. Soon after, he is killed by Hope (Gabrielle's daughter) as an attempt to get revenge on Xena for trying to kill her as a baby. This leads to a bitter fight between Xena and Gabrielle. Solan saves Xena and Gabrielle from their hatred and finds out then that Xena is his mother. .

  • Solan was a recurring character on Xena: Warrior Princess. He was the son of Xena and Borias, born shortly before his father's death during the Battle of Corinth. Xena gave Solan to Kaleipus of the Centaurs, so that he can be raised away from the violence. Kaleipus never told Solan who his mother was, but often explained his father's heroic nature towards the Centaurs. Xena came into contact with the Centaurs roughly ten years later, where she found Solan hating her, as he believed that it was Xena who killed his father. It is later revealed that Dagnine killed Borias, and Xena and Solan make up. The next time they meet unfortunately coincides with Hope releasing Callisto and the two wreaking havoc on the Centaur village, which results in Solan's death and a rift between Xena and Gabrielle reaches its climax and the two fall out. From the other side, Solan takes them to the land of Illusia where they make up and Xena says goodbye to him. However, Solan is informed by Hades that the Elysian Fields gives you false hope that your loved ones will join you everyday and he decides against entering. He is therefore doomed to spend eternity watching the life he left behind. Xena finds him here when she is trying to steal the Helmet of Invisibility. She uses the Helmet to sneak him into the Elysian Fields, whilst promising that she will see him there soon. He was played by David Taylor and Nicko Vella.

Luna housed its people in domes, which suffered a massive failure that killed millions. Martians likely had the best time of it, largely living in habitation domes, but some areas outside of the domes had been made habitable. The Sol system's recovery came with additional research into terraforming technology, genetics and gear designed to exist in hazardous atmospheres. Nowadays, Mars is fully terraformed, Luna has several domes for inhabitants and Earth has largely recovered from the plasma bombs, even if some areas on the surfaces are hazardous for visitors. Solans tend to be able to resist these kinds of harsh environs better than others, due to their genetics and experience in the Sol system.
