- Sooooo, you know how it's often decried that we shouldn't take the Doctor Who universe too seriously because it's just a dumb kiddie show with no real depth? Yeah have a word with this guy, who wrote such happy fun child-friendly stories as the Doctor killing his childhood bully in self defense, Tegan having a brain tumour, Clyde's possessed dad kidnapping his son and altering his thoughts, Luke trapped in his worst nightmare, and a story set in Ibiza. You know, FOR KIDS!
