The player is an officer within the TCBPD that has taken an undercover role as a wheelman in Chase Linh's investigation. Gregory MacDonald is a former Vice Lieutenant within the TCBPD but relinquished his role after discovering his employer was corrupt and his desire for illegal street racing.
