He also was key in developing an opposition to Office of Naval Intelligence, the Ground Forces Intelligence Unit (GFIU), which combined the powers of the land intelligence agencies of the Air Force and Army, and often aided by Marine intelligence officers. Born on the colony of New Ulm, in the capital of Münster. He was born to a family who worked in the local AISC research and development as civilian contractors, and as professors at the Münster University of Science and Technology. He himself went to this university and studied in Digital Security, as well as joining the University Air Squadron (UAS) as an officer cadet, which he then used to get a commission after getting a doctorate. He was commissioned as a Lieutenant and as an agent within the AFISA, where he worked in Cyber Security Penetration and Protection in the development of advanced security measures for the AFISA. During this time, he had found a number of AISC, MCIA, CIA, ISIN and ONI had been breaching and illegally accessing the files of AFISA, where he then proposed a the 'Keller Initiative'. He reached the rank of Lieutenant Colonel by 2514 and head of his department. Two years later, he was moved into an administrative role as the head of AFISA data collection and development (DCD).
