Born in the cube city Mesh'laruuk-23, Mandalore to Bheggs Vu'udrel of the Clan Awaud and Anella Neviik of the in 80 BBY, Relia was the only child. Her cousins included Alor'akada Neviik. Vu'udrel was an expert marksman with dart launchers, whether integrated in gauntlets or mounted on armor pieces. A dangerous combatant in close quarters, Relia preferred vibroblades when challenged. Most of her missions required stealth, subterfuge and charm. Jaster Mereel and his True Mandalorians called "Voodoo" one of their own from the time she was 18 years old, using her talents for espionage, counter-intelligence, agitprop and assassination in support of subsequent military operations. In 52 BBY, she met a young Ferrigo Prosstang and initiated him into manhood, as she had previously done with other Mereel verde. Or 're-trained' older verde. She was married less than a month after her time with Ferrigo to Tyro Kels'mek, whom she had engaged several months before. Kels'mek was the young Prosstang's friend and mentor. In 44 BBY, after word came that Tyro Kels'mek had died in the Battle of Galidraan, she conceived a child with Ferrigo Prosstang and gave birth to a daughter the following year, Khatta Kels'mek.
