rdfs:comment | - The Treaty of Reticence is a "no budget" fan film. Techniques used include stop motion animation and live action. The story, script, and props were developed by Brent Phillips of California. This project began production in Spring of 2005. It was originally slated for completion in May of that same year (to coincide with the release of Episode III, Revenge of the Sith). However, time restraints, lack of cast and crew, and major plot changes have moved its completion date to 2010.

abstract | - The Treaty of Reticence is a "no budget" fan film. This project has developed significantly since its original plan, from a 15 minute flick to a half-hour long feature. Due to its size, the film itself will most likely not be uploaded to the internet. However, the script, production stills, posters, and trailers will be. The first trailer premiered on May 27, 2009 at Bitney College Preparatory High School as part of the creator's senior project presentation.
