  • Helen Wingrave appeared on Coronation Street in July 1999 as Nurse Chambers. On stage she appeared in Forever Nineteen and The Post Card at The Green Room and in The Way We Live Now at Contact in Manchester in the early 1990s while on television she was in The Cops, Children's Ward and 999. In recent years she has turned to stage direction with several plays to her credit such as Road and Under Milk 'Wood for the Folly Arts Theatre in Hereford, The Cherry Orchard at The Courtyard Theatre, Hereford and Gotcha at The Powell Theatre. She directed the UK premier of Chales Marowitz Murdering Marlowe which toured the West Midlands in 2008.

In 2013 she was appointed as Head of Performing Arts at the South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, however she left the post in September 2014.
