Later, Klingons invaded Maltos IV and James T. Kirk of the USS Enterprise arrived at the planet to aid the natives. Kirk would lead a rebellion against the Klingon invaders and became a religious figure to the Maltos IV natives. Even later, on stardate 46531.5, Professor Richard Galen discovered the remains of the Book of Fulfillment on Maltos IV and translated the book into Federation Standard.
